This machine is mainly suitable for planting seeds of different sizes and granular fertilizers in wheat ridges and open hills. The usage method will now be introduced as follows:

1、 The more the nut that controls the amount of seeds to be planted, the more seeds to be planted. It is advisable to adjust it to 2-3 seeds per hole.

2、 When changing the wheel, the original outer wheel should be removed and the inner wheel should not move. Then align the required wheel with the inner wheel groove and tighten the butterfly nut.

3、 When using a leather brush to sow corn and beans, the brush should be closer to the roller for more accurate planting. Walking slightly slower can easily form holes, and if it is faster, it can easily form clumps.

4、 When sowing fertilizer, the machine is equipped with multiple rollers that can sow urea and compound fertilizer. Generally, one centimeter of the roller can sow about 10 pounds of fertilizer. When sowing ammonium bicarbonate, install the dedicated ammonium bicarbonate wheel and control the sowing amount by yourself.

5、 When sowing or fertilizing, the planting plate on the sowing shell should be inserted on one side, otherwise mixing the two sowing wheels will not control the sowing amount. When broadcasting ammonium bicarbonate, a large amount can be opened simultaneously, with a maximum of 150-200 pounds.

matters needing attention:
Before use, a few drops of engine oil must be added to the shaft sleeve, sprocket, chain, etc. No matter what seeds are sown, when walking fast, increase the trial planting amount by 2-3 turns (i.e. twist the butterfly nut outward). When sowing peanuts, the brush should be farther away from the sowing wheel (closer to the seed is more likely to rot).

Note: The groove wheels provided at the factory are compatible according to regional differences (usually two sets of wheels). The external dimensions (length * width * height) are 1600 * 390 * 1000mm, and the machine weight is about 13.6kg.
